The Sadi Gülçelik Sports Center was the first concrete fulfillment of this mission, founded in 1983 on 30 acres of land on the gentle slopes of İstinye in İstanbul, in memory of Sadi Gülçelik, who was the colleague, the brother-in-law and partner of Şarık Tara, Honorary Chairman of ENKA.

With its subsequently founded schools and cultural institutions, it is one of the many ways in which Enka Foundation has relentlessly furthered education, culture and sports since 1983 and become a truly remarkable institution.
