Students are taught by 70 teachers and all 550 students, 60 of which are boarding students, have received scholarship aid. The first to graduate the Enka Adapazari High School did so in 2005-2006. The school has ranked among the top five schools in the list of most successful private high schools in entrance exams to Turkish Universities.

The campus offers a full range of facilities on 16 acres of land. These include a sports hall, a covered semi-Olympic indoor swimming pool, libraries, laboratories, areas for the arts, computer instruction labs, a student cafeteria, dormitories, a multi-purpose clubhouse, accommodation for staff, a 120 m tartan running track, a long jump pool as well as cycling tracks.

The school places great importance on student participation in sports activities. Students are encouraged to develop their athletic skills to their full extent, and successful athletes are given the opportunity to compete under the Enka Sports Club license.
