Petrovski Passage, Shopping Center, Moscow, Russia
The passage with its valuable architectural and historical signnificance was initially built in 1903 by the famous architect Kalugin. ENKA has completed restoration and renovation works of the 85,000 sqm passage in 1990. Reinforcement of the foundations and construction of 1,200 sqm loading annex, adjacent to the existing building, were under projects scope in addition to renewing the mechanical, electrical and computer systems of the building. The work commenced on September 1988 and completed 7 months earlier than the planned date.
