In June 1988, ENKA undertook the restoration and renovation works of Petrovsky Passage, built in 1903 in Moscow by the famous Russian architect Kalugin. ENKA converted the passage into a contemporary shopping mall, while preserving its historical and authentic characteristics.

In 1997, another prestigious project for ENKA was the reconstruction and restoration of Maly Gum, the shopping mall located in the center of Moscow.

By the end of 1997, ENKA started to build several Kapitoliy shopping malls and supermarkets at different locations in Moscow and in other cities in Russia.
