Public Buildings
ENKA’s initial works regarding public buildings and structures were the construction of various quay walls, wharfs, jetties, bridges, grain silos and dockyards in İstanbul, between 1957 and 1971.

The İstanbul Atatürk Airport international terminal building and air traffic control tower, the Domodedova Airport cargo terminal in Moscow, the Baku International Airport terminal buildings and air traffic control tower, the 1000-bed Hospital for World War II veterans, the 250-bed Maternity Hospital and the first and the second stages of the Bakulev Research Center for Cardio-Vascular Surgery in Moscow are the airport and hospital projects successfully completed by ENKA during these years.

In addition to the above, the Moscow International House of Music, one of the largest concert halls in the world, encompassing a 1,800 seat Grand Philharmonic Concert Hall, a 575 seat Chamber Music Concert Hall, a 532 seat multifunctional Theatre Hall, several rehearsal halls of various sizes, audio-visual recording studios, as well as restaurants, cafes, shops, administrative premises and a two storey underground car park, has also been constructed by ENKA in 2002.

The recent public building projects completed by ENKA are the Moscow Sheremetyevo International Airport, Terminal 3 (2009) and the Perinatal Medical Center (2005) in Moscow, the Shakhtar Donetsk Stadium (2009) in Ukraine and the US Embassy Projects in İstanbul (2003), Cameroon, Guinea, Mali, Sierra Leone (2006), Algiers, Nepal (2007), Djibouti (2011) and Burundi (2012).

The current ongoing public building projects includes the Development of Muscat International Airport Main Contract 3 in the Sultanate of Oman, four new US Embassy Projects in Afghanistan, Dominican Republic, Equatorial Guinea and Papua New Guinea, Vostok Tower in Moscow,  Ufa Perinatal Medical Center in Bashkortistan, Russia and recently Mausoleum, Mosque, Museum and Library at Franceville and Presidential Palace at Libreville in Gabon.
