Between 1982 and 1986, ENKA completed 500 villas in Hofuf and 2,084 villas in Medinah, Saudi Arabia. In 1993, the Brega new town project, comprising the turnkey construction of 2,666 villas, was completed in Libya.
Within the framework of housig consruction program, ENKA built 5,970 apartments at five different locations in Russia and Belarus between 1991 and 1996 under turnkey contracts.
